Hello everyone as many of you aware, Apple confirmed the iphone 12 event today and it is published on the Apple website. The event will be next week 15th September at 8 PM (Turkey time) at 10 AM (US time).
First of all, the event and the new iPhones will be little different this year As we all expected, we will see the launch of new iPhones first. We may watch the event in two different scenarios due to current pandemic situation. First, would be a previously recorded event. Second, would be a live event that will be presented by the CEO, Tim Cook and his co-workers only. After that, we will see if the new iPhone 12 is going to be introduced or not. Due to the leaks, there will be four different iPhone 12 models this year.
These are iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Max, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max. In my opinion, there will be only two iPhones.These are iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Max. There will be also, the new Apple watch (6 Series) and we may see two different Apple Watches. There will be a new iPad and we may see a new Macbook as a surprise too. Of course, this is the best case scenario. There might be only the Apple Watch and iPad as well. The new iPhone 12 may be introduced around October due to leaks. I believe that we will find out the right answer next week on Tuesday together. :) What should we expect from this year iPhones? As you may know, iPhone 12 will revert to iPhone 4 design this year.
I think, it is a very cool and nostalgic touch considering that iPad Pro currently has the old design which is received many positive feedbacks by the users. On the other hand, we may see a few new different colours for the new iPhones. As the iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 pro have been introduced with different colours. These colours would be dark blue, a new midnight green and orange. This may also vary due to iPhone 12 models as well. Additionally, LIDAR sensor would be available on iPhone 12 models, as it is already available on current iPad Pro.
The A14 bionic chip will be introduced in the event too. Only the 5G is not that clear for the new iPhones. I think, this is not a big deal, as this year iPhones are seem to be focused on design rather than features. I also expect a new, dark red colour from this year iPhones as the RED products are very popular.
I hope that there will be improvements on the screen as well. In my experience, iPhone 11 screen was easily scratching. I have used both iPhone 11 and iPhone 11 Pro and compared them each other.You may review my product review&unboxing videos for those details. Eventually,
I hope there will be good improvements on display and it will be OLED display for all iPhone 12 models. As said, we will see all of these details next week on Tuesday.
